Licence and pilot
TopCV for Schools is an annual licence per school, sized on the number of students you enrol. We start with a one-semester pilot on one cohort so you can measure adoption before committing.
How the licence works
- Annual licence per school, based on the number of licensed student seats.
- A quote is prepared from your number of students and programmes; there is no public price list yet.
- Seats are freed when a student is removed, and pending invitations count towards the limit.
Included for every licensed student
- Country-localized CV drafts (format, language and local conventions), with a fair-use limit of 10 generations per student per day.
- An application tracker, the Chrome extension for automatic tracking, and reminders when applications go stale.
- An English or French interface, chosen by each student.
Included for the careers service
- Invitations by pasted list, cohorts and programmes, advisor and admin roles.
- A consent-based outcomes dashboard by cohort, country and contract type.
- CSV exports of anonymised statistics, and of detailed applications for admins.
How a pilot runs
- We open your school space and invite your careers-service admin.
- You create a cohort and paste the list of its students.
- After one semester, you look at adoption and outcomes before deciding on an annual licence.

Single sign-on with your school accounts and integration into your LMS are on the roadmap, not part of the product today.
