These terms of sale govern orders placed on topcv.io. They supplement the Terms of Service, which continue to describe how the Service works. If they conflict on a point of sale (price, payment, or refund), these terms of sale prevail. The French version is the CGV.
The seller offers digital services that help with job applications, including AI-assisted CV optimization and CrossBorder CV (country-localized first drafts and a checklist, including an estimated ATS score).
These deliverables are starting points for you to review. They are not ready to send until you have checked them. The seller does not run the CV through an employer's applicant tracking system, does not guarantee an interview, and does not guarantee a job offer.
3.1. CrossBorder CV optimization is charged at $9.99 per optimization. Any other offer (packages, subscriptions, licences, or school pilots) is charged at the price displayed at the time of the order.
3.2. TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI (VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). No VAT is added to the displayed price.
3.3. The seller may change prices. Any change is announced in advance and does not apply to an order that has already been paid.
4.1. The order is formed when the payment requested on the order page is accepted.
4.2. Payment is made by the methods offered on the Site at the time of the order. The price is due when the order is placed.
5.1. Payments are not refundable, except where the Site says otherwise.
5.2. If payment succeeds but the paid country files cannot be delivered, you can request an automatic refund from that delivery, or email support@topcv.io with your request ID. Dissatisfaction with the content after a successful download is not covered: drafts still have to be reviewed before you apply.
These terms of sale are governed by French law.
